Since the 1980s, the Topkaya family, with Mustafa, Felicity, and Jamie at the helm, has poured their heart and soul into the hospitality business. Together with the remarkable talent of award-winning chef Tacim Yetis, they’ve brought memorable dining experiences to life in London.
Their journey has seen them create spaces that have become city favourites – from the charming Bella Vita in Hackney and the creative hub of The Mockingbird in Dalston, to the sleek Capeesh and the Skybar in Canary Wharf, renowned as one of London’s highest bars. Each venture reflects their passion and commitment to crafting unforgettable experiences for their guests.
A labour of love
Their latest labour of love, Oysteria, is already on its way to becoming a top seafood restaurant and bar. It’s the Topkayas’ dream made reality, bringing the taste and feel of the mediterranean coastline right into the heart of Canary Wharf’s Docklands.

Family
When the exceptional Chef Tacim Yetis joined their family, they knew they had found the missing piece to their Oysteria puzzle.
